If more than 10% of the course is consumed, no refund can be issued.

b) Digital E-books, PDFs, Templates, Checklists

These items are non-refundable because they are instantly downloadable and permanently accessible.

c) Memberships, Community Access, WhatsApp Groups

These are non-refundable once access is granted.

d) Technical Issues

If you face a technical error (e.g., access not received), we will solve it immediately.
Refund applies only if:

• Our team fails to deliver access within 48 hours
  AND
• You provide proof of payment
