These items are non-refundable because they are instantly downloadable and permanently accessible.
c) Memberships, Community Access, WhatsApp Groups
These are non-refundable once access is granted.
d) Technical Issues
If you face a technical error (e.g., access not received), we will solve it immediately.
Refund applies only if:
- Our team fails to deliver access within 48 hours
AND - You provide proof of payment
